Hi all if you know the answer to this your help would relly be appreciated!!
I have just sponsored my husband and we are moving to Toronto on Monday
!!! We wanted to look into sponsoring my husbands parents, although we know that this is possible, we have also been told that this could take up to 4 years! My father-in-law always knew that his Mother had lived in Canada, but it has today come to light that she held a Canadian passport, which suggests that she was a Canadian citizen herself. With this in mind do you know if this gives Tom (father-in-law) automatic citizen rights himself? As if this is the case we will apply for his Canadian passport, what do you think??
