Hi, please I need help answering this questions
  • Is your job offer from the employer named on the current work permit?
  • Have you been working full-time for the employer on current work permit for at least one year? (Or for an equal amount of part time work?)
I have a post graduate work permit and it is an open work permit, I am currently working in Canada too

No, your employer is not named in your work permit. It's an open work permit. Open work permits have no employer named.

You cannot claim the 50 job offer points under EE unless your employer obtains an approved LMIA. I assume that's why you are asking these questions.
