Is my CRS score 501 or 539?

I will reach 1 year of Canadian work experience this March. On hitting it, my CRS score will be 501.

What should I enter for the question on if I have any foreign work experience in the CRS calculator?

My foreign work experience is non-continuous: one job is at 1 company and it is TEER 1 for ~7 months. Another job is at a different company, also TEER 1 for ~7 months. Both have different NOCs. There is a gap of 5 months between them. Collectively they exceed 1 year.

I know continuous is needed for FSW.
1. But can I apply my foreign work experience for CEC?
2. If so, is there any issue with different NOCs? My current Canadian job is the same NOC as the second foreign job.

I'm not sure how it works for foreign experience. If they were Canadian experience, it wouldn't add them up as they're different NOCs. May be the same for foreign, not sure.

One thing you can do is create an EE profile, enter the information, and see if it adds the 1-year foreign experience.
