Is my application placed under the FSW quota?

I have applied under the 2171: Information systems analysts and consultants through consultant in UAE. They dispatched my file on 8 Nov 2014 and it is received by Nova Scotia Canada on 14th Nov 2014. A day before dispatching documents the number of applications received was 236, next day the day of dispatching it was 545. And when I checked on 22 Nov 2014 the category filled up by 1000 numbers. So I m worried whether my application has placed under the quota or I am late? Is there anyone with the same situation? Pls share

I'm sorry to say that, but you're definitely too late. They stopped counting NOC 2171 applications received by CIO in late August or something. Your application will be returned and no processing fee will be charged.
