I am not sure about migration but after getting visa your can Change your institution without notify immigration deprtment "if your level of study is same". and with notify "if your level of study is not same". But for changing the institution you must inform your institution fee refund policy. many colleges don't refund total fee in the case of changing.

pls tell about the possibility of migration from one state(toronto) to other(manitoba) without informing immigration dapartment
if it is possible then i am ready to duduct some fee in process of migration to red river college(manitoba)

Why to waste money for changing college?you can directly apply for RRC.

but i was planning to do so because this is not sure that visa officer will think that i am going to winnipeg only to study
as it is known that winnipeg gives pr very easily and in very short duration
so most of the cases are rejected on this basis
and as i don't want to take chance so i was thinking to migrate to rrc which interest me much and provide me course that i like
and i have no intention to pr but to study best

kindly guide me on this issue if u have some suggestion

Damli sir,

It's completely myth that your visa will get rejected because you choose manitoba province to study.

They will consider your profile not province while assessing your profile.

Don't worry go ahead with RRC,if course is matching.
