Is Medical required for SOWP if spousal TRV applicant has already submitted it for a pending PR application?

Hi all,

My spouse will be coming to Canada soon on spousal TRV and we want to know if she applies for SOWP, will she have to do another medical request? (it’s a requirement on GCkey).

Our medical for PR was done and completed 3 days ago (timelines for all applications are on my profile page)
