Is medical needed for pgwp

Is it mandatory to do medical again for pgwp if it has passed 1 yr period.

Or shall i apply without it.

Not required for a PGWP given is assumed someone has been or is in Canada on a study permit so is not coming in from outside the country. Applying for PR would be a different matter
