I don't see why not. It is a masters in commerce after all. however, only your ECA can tell for sure.
there are a lot of MBAs as well that are not being considered as masters and are being treated as post graduate diplomas. however, only an ECA can tell you for sure.

M.Com from India is considered as Post Graduate Diploma in Canada. M.Com from Pakistan sometimes get Masters but from IQAS only i guess.
