Is land border enter is hasselfree in compare to Airport.

Hello friends ,
i would like to know if land border gives hassel free with less questions asked in compare to airport (pearson) as in past i came to vist but i was denied entry and ALLOW TO LEAVE CANADA was given.
therefor i do not want to waste my travel money just to arrive at airport and go back , i hold US Tourist Visa -is it ok if i land into New york and spent my some time in this city and choose land border to travel canada and book my return ticket back home from Toronto .

Short answer: no, it is not hassle free. You can be pull into secondary.

It's the same. Whether you cross by land or arrive at an airport, you can be pulled into secondary. Also, regardless of how you enter Canada, the CBSA agent will be able to see the denied entry in their computer systems when they swipe your passport.

i do not meant i'll be escort free but again if i choose airport and my entry is denied i have to fligh back and whole purpose of travel will be gone but by land border if its denied i can travel and explore USA and i can use my holiday happily .
