is it worth doing PG diploma from SCDL or Tamil nadu open university?

Hi,

I'm currently planning to do PG diploma in HRM from SCDL(AICTE approved) or MBA from Tamil Nadu open university(UGC recognised). So which one is the good option to go for 2019 studies. like i want to start from 2019. which one will be accepted by IQAS, WES. i plan to submit EE profile in 2021.

please help guys! Thanks.
