My friend who studied a 1 yr PGDM in an Ontario college moved to another province (Alberta) during his PGWP to be able to apply for the Alberta PNP because:
"ONTARIO PNP HAS BECOME EXTREMELY DIFFICULT BECAUSE OF FIXED QUOTA OF ONLY 1000 APPLICANTS PLUS IT'S WAY MORE COMPLICATED. Except for Ontario, all other provinces have immigration friendly programs, with Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Alberta and Nova Scotia having the most convenient ones."
Is this true?
Does it mean all intl. Ontario graduates have better prospects at getting PR if they move to another province to work after finishing their post-graduation courses in Ontario colls/unis?
