Is it true that CIC has stopped issuing passport requests?

Hi all, I took a look at the Nov 2013 - Feb 2014 trackers and noticed that since July this year CIC has stopped issuing passport requests for all CEC applicants. Is that true?

You got the RPRF mail today or yesterday?

Woww RPRf is also a good sign..

All these days we don't have RPRF and PPR requests.. Looks something will progress on our CEC as well..

MPNP guys are lucky they got PPR's yesterday..

Hoping in another 1 week we all will get the PPR requests.

Application Submitted: December 20, 2013
AOR: February 11,2014
Rejected: July 29-30, 2014
Re-opened: August 29-30, 2014
Medical: August 29-30, 2014
RPRF: September 24, 2014

I am not good with dates and lazy enough to go through the email. Hope you guys would not mind +/-2 days different.
