people inside can gain more points if they have Canadian exp and good ielts score.

People in Canada have more opportunities to earn points and qualify for CEC.

The draw itself won't give people in Canada preference to those outside.

Bcz 1 yr before I came canad working visa with LMO
And I had job offer
Still my employer offer me job offer

Well it depends, you will need an LMIA which is harder to get than the previous LMO. On the EE form it will ask you for the LMIA number so just saying that you have a job offer may not be enough.

100% false bro. I am phd student here, married and ielts 7.5 band. point is only 373.
