Is it too late to apply for visa for fall

Hi to you all,
Pls I want to know if is too late to apply for visa for fall, 2015 acceptance? Secondly, I am been delayed because the Canadian Agent are requesting me to pay fees before going for visa which my Uncle (sponsor) see no reason in that because the school said we should make any payment till arrival. Pls advice...

It really depends how you will apply whether paper based or online and also depends on the country where your visa will be processed, try checking on the processing times: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp/students.asp

If it's the school's requirements that you need to pay your tuition in advance, I'm afraid you need to, before they can provide Letter of Acceptance or do you already have one?

The school said its not a requirement to pay fees. I have my letter of acceptance with the canadian application agent.

Since you already have the acceptance letter, you can already proceed with the visa application. For me, your agent is asking you to pay the school fees in advance to show that you can pay the tuition but again it's not required or should I ask what fee is he asking for?

Sheriff,
Which agent is asking u to do that. You don't need an agent to apply for the visa. Fill the appropriate forms and take your supporting documents.
