Is it safe to apply to RENEW my PR NOW

Hi all,
I know my question was asked 100 times before and answered 200 times but it's getting very serious to me now.

I came to Canada only 6 months before my PR expires thorugh a border line with USA with my car. I wasn't questioned too much at all for my absence. I came here on Nov 2012 and my PR expired April 2013. Now, it's been exactly 2 years and 2 months never went out Canada since I came. THE BIG QUESTION is it safe now to start the process of renewing my PR me and the family?

It should be, if you have more than 730 days "in the bank".

If you haven't left at all in the past 730 days then you are fine.

What is traveler history? How to get that?
