is it possible to withdraw the online application and apply in the paper form

Hello frns..

I applied online for canadian study permit on 21 nov.After 1 week I didnt recieve any mail to upload my documents.so my cunsultant says I dhould withdraw my file and apply in the paper form on 2 dec as last date to apply had been extended to 5 dec.Tell me guys is it right thing to do.

Have you tried contacting customer care?
One of my friend applied for off campus work permit but it took them a while to respond back.
contact them before you withdraw your application.
