I am a Canadian resident and I would like to bring my twin brother to Canada. Is there any way to bring him to Canada?

Please advise me how to do it.

Thanks in advance for help!

If you live in Manitoba or Saskatchewan, you can sponsor him under the PNP family stream if you both fulfil certain other requirements.

Other than that, you can not sponsor an adult sibling unless you have no children, spouse or close relatives in Canada as well as no close relatives elsewhere that you qualify to sponsor such as children or living parents and it is completely beside the point if those people wish to be sponsored or not.

There is one more option and that is if your brother is under 22 or a full time student since before the age of 22, you could sponsor your parents and your brother with them as their dependent but he would have to stay single and continue to study until his application is finalized which can take years as well as there is currently a 2 year stop on sponsoring parents while the program is being revised.

You can read about it here, and see if these rules apply to you:
