Is it possible to shift cec (old) immi processing to india

Hi Guys,

thanks for all your support,

I have applied my cec immi on aug 22,2014,AOR: 18th dec,2014

no medical ,nothing is been received yet,

since all my status and permits got expired,

and now planning to move back to india,

so can I shift my cec existing immi file which is under process to Canadian embassy in India

Under what category did you apply? If EOI all you may need to do(if already granted ITA) is to update CIC with your current situation since your details ie contact number will change with your leaving Canada

I applied under O category and i have received my AOR on 22nd aug,what does ITA stands for ?

also I have lawyer as my representative
