Is it possible to one person apply for pgwp and open work permit for his/her spouse together or not ?

Hi Good Evening,

My wife is going to apply for pgwp and I am already in canada. Now I also need to apply for extension of my open work permit. There is a question which asked during check the eligibility for application, such as, do you want to submit an application for a family member, so is there I need to select yes or no? No you can not do together, once one get approved then partner can apply
