I'm thinking about applying for New Brunswick EOI. I have a two year long Diploma from Ontario Canada and I'm planning to do a top-up degree from UK or France. The main issue lies with the WES evaluation. I know that a one year top-up degree won't be evaluated as a full Bachelors degree so I'm thinking about just using my Canadian diploma as I will meet the points requirement for New Brunswick. Can someone please tell me that is it possible to just mention my Canadian Diploma when they ask for your highest qualification in Express Entry and New Brunswick PNP. If I don't declare my top-up Bachelors degree, will that be considered as a misrepresentation?
Also will the New Brunswick PNP reject my application because I'm not claiming points for my highest education or will they demand a WES evaluation for my one year top-up degree?
I would appreciate anyone's advise on this.
