Is it possible to give biometrics at another country?

All Canada Visa Application Centres are closed in India right now so I was wondering if I can go to some other country's Visa Application Centre to give my biometrics.


If it is possible to do that: Which country would be the easiest/cheapest to travel to from India to give Biometrics?

Honestly, none at the moment. Flights are limited and travelling outside of country to only give Biometrics is just too much of a hassle.

That will be too much a hassle. Even if you give your Biometrics in order for you to complete your application, your visa wouldn’t be stamped because of VACs closure. So better to wait.
