Hi,

Is it possible to find a Job offer from Canadian Employer being not in Canada. What are the sources or any websites. Can anyone tell me genuine way.

Also, I have noticed in resumes Canadian Employers don't want to have sex, religion, martial status to have. I don't know why? Is this true?

I have good working experience but how I can find a Canadian employer? Where these Canadian Employers come to hire foreign workers??

Kindly assist.

Thank You.

Kindly assist.

Thank You.

No one in Canada includes this information on their resume. Doing so is inappropriate and will make it look like you don't understand the Canadian work culture. What religion someone is or whether they are married or not should have no role in whether they are hired for a role or not.

Reputable job web sites include the Canadian Job Bank, workopolis, and monster. As the poster above said, you should expect it to be very difficult to find a job from outside of Canada.

I would strongly advice joining the CIIP. You will get tremendous help including consultation on how to structure your resume and how to plan for life in Canada. A few pointers:

1. IDD starts with 00 and not +
2. Sex, religion, ethnicity, residential address not required
3. Do not use technical jargon like FMCG - elaborate Fast Moving Consumer Goods
4. Must mention your IELTS score and proficiency in other languages if you have accredition
5. Start with the most recent occupation

So far, I have known only one lucky case who got a job offer while based in the UAE. He liked it and moved immediately. Having said that, he was exceptionally lucky and the rest have to be present there to land with something.
