I’m inland applicant.
Got pr approval letter, then letter telling me to log in toPR portal account using my current credentials (I have had account already).
But the system doesn’t allow me to log in. Always notification “combination of email and password is incorrect”. Even when I reset password, I can’t log in using new password.
I wrote a lot of emails to technical support, but it looks like they don’t read letters carefully. We are going by circles with same question and instructions from them, which don’t work. There is no logical sequence in our communication. They write same letters(
Don’t know what to do, if technical support acts like that.
Is there any chance to confirm pr status in person or on border?
