Is it possible to change consulate once i got selected

hi friends,
Please help me in this regard, I got selected for alberta nominee program but my H1 visa ends in december . I am pretty sure when it comes for medical i will be in inda. So is it possible for me to call alberta and request them to change my consulate from buffalo to newdelhi. any advice will be appreciated.

It may work but in general they do not allow the transfer.
