Is it permissible to apply online on behalf of parents?

Hi, I want to know if the son can actually apply for the parent online for their parent? or do the parents need to do it themselves online? my parents are not computer savvy.

It is ok to help them apply online.

Yes You can act & apply on behalf of your parents. But before you do that you have to get a document signed from your parents called family representative forms IMM5475 & IMM5713. Its for online application

That's great, but how is the 5713 form to be submitted when there isn't an option where that form is asked for. Should it be uploaded instead of 5475 "authority to release info" since that shouldn't be needed when 5476 "use of a representative" is used (since the 5476 is broader and includes information release)? Or should it be merged with the 5476 and uploaded as a combined document?
