I have received my WES under the name of "Arjun Prakashkumar" and my name in Passport is "Arjun Prakashbhai".

Is it okay to submit Express Entry profile with a different name in WES?

If no, what should I do now?

please contact customer care and ask them to issue a new report. if you have facebook or twitter contact them thru that medium first , they tend to reply immediately to those messages.

Yes, if the name on ECA matches your educational credentials, then that's fine. You can use a same person affidavit in this case when you submit your application to CIC.

If WES printed the name by mistake, then contact them for the correction.
