Filling out the Schedule A form. I can't fit most of the names of my institutions in the educational history and things I did under the activity in the personal history. Would it be better to leave everything blank in educational and personal history and instead writing everything down on a separate sheet and making a table? I'll add a note of this in the LOE.
Is it okay to fill out the histories section of Schedule A in completely different sheets?
