Hi All,

Does anybody know if it is OK to withdraw a FSW application after Officer asks for additional information?! Basically, I cannot provide him with what he has asked for, so I have to either withdraw the application or not respond to his request within the 60 day period.

I have another application (CEC class) that should be finalized soon, I don't want this to be affected by the FSW one!

Any help/idea would be much appreciated!

It is usually ok. Tell him that you choose to withdraw as you have another application in a more advanced stages of processing. However, there is always a risk that that may rise a red flag of somekind.
