is it ok to email my visa office after interview?

hi my visa office is in tel aviv and i passed the interview after that they asked me to mail them my fingerprints so i did but i wanted to make sure they got it so i thought to email them to ask if they recived it is that ok? lol i dont want to ask to many questions i just want to make sure they got it....

You can email them is not problem at all, but i dont know if your 'Visa Officer will reply to your email because they are some VO dont reply to the email at all
