hi y'all, i have a problem right now getting my job reference letter notarised.

i currently have the following things for employment proof:
(1) HR issued letter with summary of job duties
(2) payslips, tax slip, resignation letter, etc...

at the moment HR has summarised my job duties, which means some of the tasks i did that correspond to my NOC are missing. to remedy the problem i'm getting an ex colleague to issue me another, more detailed letter on top of the HR one,

my ex-colleague's position is higher than mine ("writer" rather than assistant writer).

he is also able to get the letter on company letterhead.

on top of this, i will also be submitting my resume from back in 2013 to prove my job duties, along with the reference letter i got when i left the company (my direct supervisors have since left but they've indicated job duty on letter).

in this case, do i still need to get letter notarised, as it is impossible for my ex colleague to go with me to the notary, and i desperately need to submit the letter by this week. pls help.
