You can, but you might find it being refused as "no ties" to country of application.

thanks for your reply... but how can i prove to them that i would return back to my country even if i apply from my own country of residence? i dont have job, no back account, no property under my name...
my immigration is in process and for that i have to be in country so ill have to come back.will they be convinced with this reason?

Is your immigration in process for immigration to Canada? If so, then this shows ties to Canada - not to your home country. If you don't have a job, bank account, property or other assets in your home country - then it sounds like proving ties is going to be extremely difficult to do.

thats what im worried about :'( how do i prove to them.. i only have a letter of joining in an organization in another country.. can that help in proving to them.. cause when i get back ill be joining this organization...
