Is it Mandatory to stay in quebec with Quebec investor program

Hi i would like to apply in the Quebec investor program and would like to know if it is mandatory stay in quebec after your landing. Is there a prior condition which makes it mandatory to stay in quebec. If so, what is the time required to stay and what could happen if you move to another province and complete your time.
Please advise.
