Its one of the requirement. though i heard when you have people to support you like family you might get a way with it. BUT ITS A MUST YOU MUST HAVE FUNDS. medical insurance for 1st 3 months is very expensive, finding accomodation , buying clothes etc.etc. Its will be a new experience but funds having will give you comfort.
