Hello,

Is it mandatory to have a permanent jobs experience on which bases one can apply for FSW ?

Suppose, there is a one company's experience that is not permanent job for a candidate who is applying for FSW, & due to this case, he is eligible or not ?

No it is not mandatory. There are people who have received PR when they are unemployed. As long as you have past work experience, good language test scores, ECA for foreign education, you should be able to get some points if not for an ITA then perhaps for a Provincial letter of Interest for a PNP.

You don't need a job while applying for PR. However, you must meet the minimum number of cumulative hours of employment, full time and/or part time, in the last five years to be eligible.
