IS IT MANDATORY TO HAVE DEGREE CERTIFICATE FOR APPLYING STUDENT VISA TO CANADA? OR IS IT POSSIBLE TO APPLY WITH PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE?

I have all semester dmc and i also got offer letter know i want to lodge file in embassy, is it compulsory to submit original degree? or is it possible to get visa with provisional certificate?

not sure what provisional certificate are but you need to provide original or maybe attested certificate that too of studies you have completed. Cant apply if you are currently in some course and Havent finished it yet.
if those certificate are not satisfying they may refuse visa and you'll get reason like missing marksheets etc.
So make no mistakes apply when you have got your complete papers.
