Is it mandatory to fill quebec certificate form in French?

Mon projet quebec shows form in french so should i fill the form in french too? or i can fill it in english?

I am trying to create an account for Quebec, but it is showing everything in french,so is there any way to change the language to English?
If not than is there any help guide for that?
