Is it Mandatory to Claim points as per ITA letter point Grid

I have received nomination and received invitation recently,

ITA letter mentions point grid and my EE profile is locked, ITA include 8 points for spouse educ , i don't want to claim (spouse education 8 points) because now i have 600 points from PNP with a total of 950.

1. Should i check (NO) in Spouse Education history like NO for secondary and post secondary education?
But on the other hand i have provided spouse personal history which includes educ /work experience

OR

2. Do i have to decline the invitation , amend EE profile by removing spouse educ points and wait to ITA again.


Members please help.

Go with Option 1. Numerous members have done similar amendments to their profile and received PPR.
