Is it legal to work more than 40 hours a week

Hello my beautiful fellas,

I have a question, one of my friend is in Ottawa and he is been working 40 hours a week and he has a fixed holiday on weekend and on weekend he works for Uber eats as a delivery boy for atleast 6 to 8 hours a day is it possible to do that I mean are we allowed to do 2 different jobs in a week?

As long as not on a closed work permit or a study permit can work for as many hours a week as want or as many employers as want to

If he is on a study permit, then NO.

The only restriction for 20 hours a week is when you're an international student on SP.
