Is it legal to do Two Full Time Jobs on post graduation open work permit (Both Jobs are on SIN)

Hello everyone, is it legal to do two jobs both on sin? I am already doing Full time Job. As I had free time I started another full time job for some time. Mon - Fri(1st Job) 40hrs and Wed - Sun(2nd Job) 40hrs … 1st Job comes under Tier 2 and 2nd job is as a cashier… I am currently on PGWP… Is it safer for me to apply under Express Entry? Will IRCC create any issues? Thanks

No issue. You can work as much as you want. Don’t think second job will count towards EE.
