hi i m in saskatoon as working visa since dec 13

i applied my snip nomination and got it

i also applied my PR a week back

question : my wife applied twice open work permit and she got refused , now it would be good idea to apply again

please note: in my nomination letter my wife name is there as a dependent

need your advise pls

Did you receive your acknowledgment of receipt before she applied?. and i think only spouse of a skilled applicant is eligible(somebody correct me if this wrong).

I found too many spouse open work permit got refused for stupid reason
Canada immigration system very hard to understand

I think you could have applied for her PR same time as you even though she is in your country. I know of people who did it
