They interviewed me twice one was with Hays Recruiting Agency through a voice call and the other was the Miller Construction through a video call which had a very detailed examination about Civil Engineering.
I received all the required documents listed below which they are requesting me to sign them and send it back to them along with other requirements.

So what do you think is it for real or fake?

N.B. They haven't requested any money yet.

What is the email address that you have to send everything back to them?
I strongly believe that this is a fake/scam but quite a good one.
Paste up the job offer letter here with your personal information removed.

The use of the phrase "The Miller Construction" seems to be designed to be confused as a genuine company.

Definite a scam. Their web site is fake. Zero chance this is real...

It's fake. On the recruiting agency website, they have two other "jobs" they list. One of them, Pipeline Engineer, has the following as a description of the job:

I actually took it further with lawyer after the acceptance letter which i signed and send it to them along with Canadian Visa Requirements. After a few hours, he called me back and he send me this mail:
