It depends. If you paid money for the AEO and were never interviewed or contacted by the employer then there is a good chance the application will be refused. The processing time is the same for those application under FSW1 See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm-ec.asp

but some agents arrange fake AEO. SO beware of them.
