my work place i had verbal fight with server

she blame to kitchen manager i did verbal sexual assault

i said to manager she said something bad to me and i replied to her

as per Canadian law how big this offence is

You're not going to get any useful advice without saying what you actually said. I'm not sure that's a very good idea to do publicly though.

Is the server pressing charges against you? Have the police spoken to you?

If you're charged and convicted with sexual assault, there's a pretty good chance you'll be deported. This is a big offence.

You should probably get a lawyer ASAP.

best thing do apologize to that lady . say sorry and some how wind up this matter.
dude you still have to get pr for that 0% criminality ratio you have to keep. dont forget
you have to get pr so better try to sort out this matter by your owner and manager or you
will be in trouble if case going to police.keep calm and do work no matter its your fault or her.
you have to make career as immigrant not her so i personally advise dont get angry under any
circumstances.

i apology to my owner and manager too

my owner said learn from mistake

but my concern after this matter i had two days off so i don't know it went to police or not

although it looks normal when i went to work after two days

my question : how do i know it went to police or not.

please advise ...........

i guess she didnt approach to police otherwise police definitely come to see you.
second if you still need to make sure then ask to you manager, if she taken any action against you.
thirdly try to built up good relation with her by talking and being nice with her it might help to know if
she did something (i am sure she didnt).dont worry everthing will b fine but just little extra care .good luck.

You need to understand the situation and understand that there's no such thing as verbal assault. You can tell her anything you want. offensive or not and the police can't do anything because it's not a crime to insult people. if you follow her around insulting her then that's harassment. If you told her that you were gonna do something to her then that's threatening. If you told her you hope she's dead and she should stick a broom up her @ss, then that's an insult. Harassment and threatening can get the police involved. Insulting can't or if they police is involved they would only ask you to calm down as no charges can be laid.
The manager can fire you or do something related to your work, though.

I know this because a roommate was very racist and offensive towards me. I called the police a few times and they kept telling me the same. It's not a crime to insult people and there's no physical contact. After that, I tell people to F off all the time without worrying about any consequences.
