Is it advisable to apply for visa on 16th July

Hi Guys,

I am expecting my GIC certificate by tomorrow i.e. 15th of July so i would be applying for the visa on 16th July so is it advisable to apply so late for visa?
Does it mean if i apply now then there are high chances of refusal?

There is no harm apply before 31st thats it

Last date for application for SEp intake visa is 1 August AFAIK, so dont make a mistake.
