Is it a positive sign if processing times are longer?

Hi,

A lot of people I know who get rejected usually get a rejection after a week or two of submission. I know there are cases of people waiting a long time and still getting rejected but generally in your experiences, is it a positive sign if the processing takes a longer time? I submitted on 21st of feb and there hasn’t been any updates. I applied from turkey and the processing time here is supposedly 3-4 weeks from what i have heard. Please share your experiences as my classes start early May and I’m still waiting. I had some friends who got accepted after 2 weeks applying in turkey as well.

Here is the official source with the latest info from IRCC for processing times.
