Hello, hope you'll are well.

I've recently started my PR application process and learnt about the work experience letter which is a mandatory document for PR approvals but I do not want to inform my supervisor and HR that I have plans of leaving the company. This will raise red flags and put my job at risk. Even my colleagues are hesitant to help me with a reference letter. Does submitting the below documents suffice in getting a PR?
  • Offer Letter
  • Appraisal Letter
  • Pay Slips
  • Company ID card
Look forward to any help possible in this situation. Thank you in advance!

@ShobP as far as my knowledge, it narrows down to Reference Letter when you receive an ITA, that reference letter from previous and current employees should include - Designation, duration, salary(if not, payslips) and detailed responsibilities of each role you have in that org.

To begin with, we can have an letter of employment which is the exp letter from employer and even am not sure on the offer letter, please let me know if you find any threads.
