I am an Indian working in UK. I have applied for General Skilled PR in Canada Immigration office in London. I recently submitted documents in support of my application. I was visiting India, so got PCC issued from SSP in my native town. Now on CIO london website I found that Non resident indians should submit PCC certificates issued by Indian Embassy.

I have already submitted my PCC and other documents. Will CIO accept my Indian issued PCC? Will they ask me to resubmit PCC issued from Indian Embassy in London? I am worried that they might reject my application stating invalid/incomplete documents.

Please enlighten me.

Rejection will not come, at worst they'd ask u for another one.
But, let me assure u that the Police PCC is also valid. Not necessarily one has to 'only' obtain it from the Congendia. There r scores of applicants who have done that.
