Is IELTS required in my case?

Hello everyone,

I did my post graduation (masters degree) in Canada,now if I want to apply for a PR do I still need to sit for IELTS? My previous IELTS certificate was expired more than 2 years back.
My second query is,do I need 1 year work experience or I can make a successful application without that 1 year work experience?

yeah, u need to sit for another ielts exam and obtain one year working experience
