I have booked IELTS for 14 january , my doubt is that will i need ielts result before applying to Meng in mechancal engineering or I can send them my results later.PLz help
Is IELTS a prerequisite for applying to canadian universities.

It depends on the school and the program. For some it is a prerequisite and for others it isn't. Contact the school you want to attend directly.
you could apply for the admission without IELTS but the Univ wont process your admission unless they get the IELTS. They would email you or once u create a profile under the univ website they will update ur profile saying missing documents. And you have to submit the missing documents within the deadline, if u couldnt arrange for all the missing documents you should get in touch with the univ requesting for additional time.
