Is Home Loan an issue while showing the funds for PR?

I have a home loan which is not going to end any time soon. I want to know if it can create issues while displaying the funds for the PR application?

If the loan is not on the funds that you are showing to CIC, its no problem.

It is not a problem. It is imperative that loans are paid from a future income and more over home loan is a secured loan and should not be a problem. U only have to show sufficient POF
